While some people were lucky enough to get the free Smash Bros. demo a few days ago via special codes (or by having a Platinum status on Club Nintendo), all other 3DS users (in North America and Europe) will be able to download a free demo version of Super Smash Bros. for the 3DS on September 19th.

The demo provides you with one stage and the following five characters: Mario, Link, Pikachu, Villager, and Mega Man. The actual game will be coming out by October 3rd.
