Do you work out?

I probably should be working out more often myself, and hopefully I do so soon! xD Though I'll probably have to figure out how to balance it into my schedule in-between my studies and work (once I do start working soon). 

How about you all? Do you work out or want to? Feel free to share your ways of being active here!

I only work out during my Cross Country season. I do admit that it isn't quite pleasant to lift, enough though what I'm lifting isn't as much. XO

I like to run. I do cross country as well.

I'd like to lift weights and get done muscle (some may call me skinny ) but I just can't stand lifting at all

I've been doing work outs in the morning recently.

Nothing too heavy, but at least it's helping my flexibility. Yeah, lifting isn't exactly my cup of tea either; however, gotta build some muscles somehow. xD

I've been taking walks in the evening with my mom. Last time, my step-dad joined us. We even got to talk to our neighbours too, what a bonus.

That sounds nice and good bonus!

Evening walks are very pleasant. I tried jumping more often on my part, but I nearly sprained my ankle a few days ago while doing so. Probably better I take it easier on those jumps. xD

What I've done recently is get on my exercise bike for half an hour since it's too cold out to run. It was warm enough though after Christmas day for me to go on a 3 mile run, which was nice.
